In the unlikely event that an issue arises during your absence, we kindly request that you provide us with an emergency contact number. This could be a trusted relative or friend who can either reach you directly or make decisions on your behalf regarding your cat's care.
Should your cat become ill during their stay or grooming appointment, we will immediately isolate them in a designated quarantine area and promptly notify you or your emergency contact unless your cat requires immediate urgent medical care. We will then seek guidance from a veterinarian and follow their instructions to ensure your cat receives the best possible care.
To facilitate prompt and appropriate action in such situations, we ask that you complete our Consent of Veterinary Care form upon arrival for each boarding stay. This ensures that we have the most up-to-date emergency contact and medical directive information. For grooming appointments, we will verify your emergency contact details at every drop-off.
Please note that any expenses incurred for veterinary care will be the responsibility of the pet owner.
